This project is really two parts: a main house and a guest apartment/work shop, which is constructed in the city of Bellaire, Texas. The main house is a 5,000 square foot residence, and the guest apartment/work shop is comprised of an 1,100 square foot apartment above an 1,100 square foot work shop. This house is designed in a contemporary "Victorian" style, in which most of the excess decoration is stripped away.
