A renovated raised ranch house gets an updated industrial farm-inspired facelift. Original ranch house was gutted and salvaged with a simplified floor plan on the upper level developed as a private sanctuary for the owners. The lower level stone foundation was salvaged and opened to a back court yard, complete with pool and movie screen for entertainment. The lower level includes a separate entertainment kitchen, bath, dining/living area and screened porch. Guest quarters were added above the new 2 car garage.
