Speculative project for a developer considering a sloped linear lot in Tujunga.

The design works with the natural slope of the lot and connects the spaces with varying levels while maintaining a connection throughout the residence from entrance to backyard. The rectangular shape maximizes the build-able area and through the use of various materials the facades of the residence breaks down to create a more intimate scale. The connection to the backyard is essential to extend the usable space for an indoor/outdoor experience of Southern California living.
