"One of the biggest challenges in restructuring the space in this waterfront condo was to incorporate the window with the view of the lake in to the most commonly used spaces. This task required complete relocation of the kitchen / dinning / home office area into the space where the living room used to be. We managed to increase the size of the kitchen by 112% positioning it along the longest wall. Combination of dark wood grain and white high gloss PET panels was chosen to visually widen the long and narrow space. This new layout allowed us to make the stunning 10 foot island with waterfalls on either side the main focal point."
