This home previously had no entrance from their garage, forcing you to walk outside to get from the garage into the house. The main goal was to create an garage entrance inside, which required moving the existing kitchen and mudroom around. With the new floor plans, we are able to give the homeowners a large open kitchen with an island, new pantry, and entrance to the garage through the mudroom and laundry area.
