After a thorough design process was undertaken with this client, we had designed two versions of the project. One as a simple rear kitchen extension, the other, with a second storey over the kitchen, creating an extra bedroom and bathroom facility for the house.

Planning permission was sought and approval was obtained without too much difficulty. Interior and technical documentation was produced.

The client engaged us to over see the administration of the project and builders were engaged, and within 3 months works commenced.
