Tore down walls separating the living room from the kitchen to create an open concept. Custom built-ins with open shelving, drawers and cabinets. White, gray and black accents throughout. Repainted fireplace with mounted TV and speaker system. Kitchen island with barstool seating and breakfast nook.

Open concept kitchen. Blue kitchen island with deep basin farmhouse kitchen sink, detachable faucet, dishwasher, drawers for trash/recycling, and barstool seating. Built in stove with hood. Pull out cutting board drawer. Custom lighting fixtures. Stainless steal appliances and black hardware.

Before renovations, this room was previously the back of a closet and wasted space off from the kitchen. We converted it into a dining room right off the kitchen, with french doors that now open to a completely new backyard patio deck.

Originally, the house was without an entry way. You walked straight into a hallway that lead to an opening to the master and another to the living room. We knocked out the hallway walls, and added in a staircase which leads to a home office and a storage room that was previously the attic.
