"Gut it and open it up, I want as much light and view as possible!" Said the "boss"... Their had been a wall exactly at my toes we removed to open the house and view the moment you open the door.

You can see why she wanted this opened as much as possible. The view is literally the $1,000,000.00 view. We removed the post in the middle by installing a new structural beam across the top, and opened the view as much as we could! She was quite literally concerned over 3/4" of an inch one day!...

The view is opening..... Notice the post in the center is gone and off to the far right you'll see the fireplace. We had to design a new beam to carry the load and install it.
