Utilizing the slope in the backyard, we created a multi-tiered garden area using retaining walls. The highest retaining wall houses the vegetable garden, where it receives the maximum amount of sunlight. The lower tier contains beautiful plants, providing year-round interest for the granite patio in front. In the front yard, we used granite blocks to create a clean, defined look, and finished it with modern grasses and perennials.
