The City of Tigard has updated their zoning code to allow for more options for ADUs and additional units. This allowed this project to utilize an existing house on a large corner lot in a prime Tigard location to build a duplex attached to the existing home. Each duplex provides 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with laundry and attached garages. Each duplex size was limited to the existing house area and through effective design, maximized the use of each duplex.
