This is the first run of photos pulled from our website. We will add more when we can get around to it.
This is a ceramic tile tub surround with actually 5 soap caddies (photo angle could only show 4). It is the most caddies we have installed in one single tub surround. We usually only see one or two. But this was fun (and practical to me). It seems like each person could have their own shelf in...

Tile waiscoting with many angles in the wall as you can see. Each tile had to be cut with angled corners to make it sit right.

These tiles were found at Contract Furnishing Mart in Hillsboro, OR. The backsplash tile was custom cut and polished as well as the granite tile for the window trim.

Since these tiles were large and the layout would have left us with small cuts along the sides, we suggested a custom border be made out of the same tile for almost a floor runner look.

I love this shot because it shows off my husband's craftsmanship. Would you have guessed that there is custom in-floor heating underneath these small tiles? Our customer chose to go with epoxy grout on the floor for obvious reasons. It is much more stain-resistant and with so many grout joints,...

This fireplace surround was created to coincide with the floor tile and master shower tile in this West Seattle bathroom. For a video of this master bathroom you can visit youtube and dmj services slate tile installation design.

Slate is a great way to go for neutral yet varied tones. It allows for so many different color schemes but still has that calming effect of natural stone. I wasn't crazy about the choice of slab coloring, but I love the idea of going doorless and carrying on to the tub deck. I think it turned...

For this ceramic tile shower design we had options on what to do with the mosaic tile patterns- mostly on which way to have the arrows pointing. The customer chose to have them pointed inward towards the soap niche area. This customer also decided to go with epoxy grout. We often recommend epoxy...

These were just regular Home Depot tiles that we picked up to add something special to this floor tile design. Walkways can be somewhat dangerous with area rugs or trip hazards, but the customer didn't want just plain floor tile design either. This is what we came up with. The darker brown...

This granite tile kitchen countertop was quite the endeavor. Our customer took every tile to make sure that the flow of the granite pattern was as natural and seamless as possible. If that is your desire, I would recommend using granite slab. Since all the front edges of the tile needed to be...

This marble tile backsplash is composed of mosaic onyx tile. There is so much color variation. I think it fit really nicely with her location out in a woodsy area. It just brought some of those natural color tones inside.

A luxurious tile design if there ever was one. This shower tile design does not reach the full ceiling and is edged with chairail that follows down to the wainscoting.

We don't often see near full tile walls in residential housing, but it does add quite the luxurious appeal. Having a lower wainscoting on the opposite wall gives space for art to be displayed.

A small section was framed out for tiling around the tub to give an extra space for sitting when climbing into the tub. The ceramic floor tile was used for the front face and smaller tile of the same color and style was used for the actual ceramic tile tub surround.

Onyx Mosaic Tile Kitchen Backsplash. Something to think about with mosaic backsplashes is how you want the top and side edging to look. Some customers prefer not having anything extra, some like a pencil trim or deco piece to edge it and some choose to go with schluter edging.

Square set tile down below the eyeline and diagonal set tile above. Just one way to change it up without making it too complicated.

This was a custom wedi shower installation. The walls and floor are ceramic tile- walls with glazed and floor with matted. On the curb edges you can see the rounded metal of schluter strips to match the drain and faucets.

I think it is so fun when the shower floor can tie in with the bathroom floor, and I especially like this one. I wish I could have been there once the vanity was in place. It is a dark wood unit and just completes this bathroom so well.

The darker dots in the eyesline were specifically picked by our customer for a random pattern. She used bright red glass tile inside the mosaic ceramic tile eyeline.

It's really funny, but I was organizing a bunch of our photos and I had stored this in our wood flooring project portfolio because I had just glanced at the photo. When I was looking at it to title it I recognized the project and knew it was actually tile. We recommended this type of floor for...

photo by Janessa Jondahl, I at first thought that this was wood flooring and had classified it as such, but when I looked more closely at the picture I realized that it was a certain customer who we did these tile floors for. They really do look like wood, but they are more long-lasting and don't...
