Small spaces can call for major creativity. On a budget, we created a space to enjoy with character that would brighten without any natural light (windows). The space was particularly difficult due to concrete walls, major damage, two layers of flooring, shower, and tub! We kept it all very clean and neutral and left the owners room to choose a fun wall color. The renters in this space seem happy to enjoy a modern, fresh space!
