TINY HALL BATH MAKEOVER!

This small hall bathroom was transformed with a fresh coat of paint, tub/shower with 12x24 wall tile, a 3 shelf shampoo niche, Delta "Nura" fixtures, a simple mosaic tile inset - also used for the vanity splash, new tile floor, Toto toilet, new vanity with quartz top and simple framed mirror. Everything was specified from Lowe's!

This small and simple vanity with bottom drawer and low profile modern hardware make it super functional. The low profile hardware makes it easy to pass by without bumping into a traditional cabinet knob!
Simple Clean Colors & Finishes Make a Small Space Look Bigger!
The vanity depth was limited, so instead of a medicine cabinet behind the vanity, we install a framed mirror. We claimed some wall area real estate and made it more comfortable while standing at the sink.

Old floor tile with missing grout, outdated toilet and low height tub are ready for replacement with a modern, code compliant, simple & affordable design.

Dated vanity impinging into the door & large medicine cabinet are replaced with a better fitting off-the-shelf pieces. We'll replace the existing medicine cabinet with a framed mirror. A new wall cabinet over the Toto toilet holds all the essentials & has room for towels.
