Tiny House

This tiny house packs a lot into a small space. With only 144 square feet, it still is spacious enough for a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and sleeping loft. Every inch of space is used, from storage under the stove for wood to storage under the sofa for water. It's compact, cozy, and oh so adorable!

The sleeping loft is large enough for a queen size mattress. In the living room, the sofa pulls out to accommodate a full size bed.

This plan shows the living area with a fuel-efficient, wood burning stove; the kitchen with an under counter refrigerator, sink, and propane, two-burner cook top; and finally the bathroom with a composting toilet and shower.

The exterior finishes are steel roof, vertical corrugated steel on the upper part, and horizontal, tongue-in-groove on the lower part.

The exterior elevation shows the jut out where the propane tank will be stored; the interior elevation shows the sleeping loft above the bathroom and kitchen.

The cabinet to the right of the cook top stores clothes and linens. Pantry items are stored above the cabinet.
