14 unit, 6 building infill townhome development on 3.2 acres near Bradley Creek. Winner of a Cape Fear Stewardship Development Award (2008, 2013)- the project integrates LID features in both site & building design. Tonbo (dragonfly in Japanese) features Darner units (2-story) and glider (3-story) lofts. All 3 BR, 2.5 BA units- they range from 1800 to 2200 SF.
