In November last year, I got a distress call from a homeowner who had a tornado hit her house. Rain was due that night, and she needed someone to secure the roof. Immediately I went down there and saw the house, and it was in terrible shape. The second-floor roof was demolished. The single car garage was partially taken off by the high wind, and it was exposed to the elements.

I called my roofing crew immediately and asked them to come and tarp the roof. Once the house was secured, we started the cleanup process, which took about 1 week!

We redid all upstairs, gutted to the studs, including 2 bathrooms, games room, 3 bedrooms, and redid the first-floor flooring. We also repaired and installed lots of drywall, replaced all AC Units and 6 skylights. The entire single car garage was pretty much rebuilt from scratch. We also replaced the front and some of the back elevation windows. The whole house was painted, and we redid the bathrooms upstairs. We had to rewire the entire house to the panel! It was close to 6000 sqft, and we knew this wasn't an easy task, but my Master Electrician Jason Lowary got it done!

We did all this in a record time of 4 months! Even the pandemic didn't stop us from keep working on this project. The homeowner moved back into their house in July!
