Traditional Homestead
Constructed in the 1960s, this house had remained unchanged. Although the materials were top-notch at the time, they no longer matched the preferences of the new owners in terms of quality and style. The renovation aimed to maintain the original charm of the period. Out went the old carpet, replaced by family-friendly flooring throughout. Rich textured wallpaper adorned accent walls and the built-in bar.
The living room, featuring a mid-century fireplace,
was transformed into a warm focal point,
complemented by new furniture that combined
modern comfort with vintage charm.
