Project Scope: Transform a screen room into a 4-season, finished Sunroom. Replaced screens with sliding upper and lower windows. Added laminate flooring, porcelain tile on accent wall, drywall and paint on ceiling and walls, accent lighting and outlets built-in under the ledge on 3 walls. Kept the French doors and ceiling fans, refinished the wooden beams on the cathedral ceiling.
