Tradtional Kitchen in St. Pete
The homeowner wanted to update her existing 1924 Spanish style home. The old floor plan was half the size with a very chopped up layout. In order to create the open kitchen concept that the homeowner desired, the space was completely gutted to the studs. Upon demolition, we discovered that 2 exterior walls and the floor joists had to be completely replaced due to rot. In the end, the newly defined space allowed the incorporation of all the features on the homeowner’s wish list.
The homeowner’s dream kitchen is now a reality. She asked for, and received, a beautiful traditional kitchen full of personal conveniences and upgrades. At the start, the homeowner was concerned by how long the project might take due to her experience with another builder from pervious renovations. In the end, they were VERY pleased that it took just under 9 weeks from start to finish
