We updated this 1990's home with budget in mind. We upgraded the kitchen with new granite countertops, backsplash, and new appliances. Throughout the entire home we added new paint colors including changing the golden oak cabinetry into a modern soft flat black. We added modern lighting fixtures and hardware to finish the look throughout this home.
