In the heart of Tribeca, we remodeled this three-bedroom 2,215 square foot loft situated inside a former caviar warehouse. The clients, a pair of young, stylish, witty New Yorkers, requested a space “that no one else has”. Inspired by the building’s history, we uncovered a fifty foot exposed raw brick wall unify the main space and establish the project's industrial keystone.
