A west coast based couple needed a Pied-à-terre in TriBeCa. 1625 D/B performed every facet of this project without the need for the client to be in town. Using remote technologies and communication systems for distance based decision making , everything was done as if the clients had taken up residence around the corner from the job site during construction.
