Our latest modern project, this home is the home of our very first client. After designing over 5 projects for these long-time clients you get excited when you receive a call telling you they want to build a contemporary home that reflects their different tastes (his-traditional and hers-contemporary). We gladly took the challenge. We worked for almost two years on Triple Crown from construction drawings to the last pillow being placed. There are almost too many custom elements to list, from the teak cabinets and custom bookshelves to the onyx wall that showcases the clients china collection. We LOVED designing this modern home that supports the lifestyle of this young family with small children. Many of the lighting fixtures are original DMI designs or Vintage fixtures found on Denise's shopping trips across the country.
