From the floors to the fixtures, every element was selected to echo the tones and textures found just beyond the windows — sandy beiges, earthy browns, misty greys, and soft whites. Vinyl flooring runs throughout the home, offering warmth and durability, natural linen upholstery, and honed stone finishes introduce quiet textures.

To enhance the sense of flow, we maintained a minimalist approach to furnishings — each piece was carefully chosen for its function and form, with enough breathing room to allow the architecture and views to take center stage.
