KWANCHAI designed this substantial remodel and home from inside out and top to bottom. The project zeroed in on the indoor outdoor main living spaces with full kitchen and family room expanded by adjusting the footprint of the kitchen island the layout, circulation and entertaining area were improved and now the main feature. The design concept was to bring the outdoors in with custom cabinets, finishes, hardware, lighting, bench seating, carpet, furniture and accessories. Each selected to reflect the family's personality and lifestyle.
