This dated 1980's home was in need of an update and the homeowners chose Dovetail Kitchen Designs to bring their dreams to life. Having always dreamed of a Tuscan vacation in Italy, these homeowners created a space reminiscent of that. The space features rustic alder cabinetry, a travertine apron front sink, and a decorative travertine backsplash. Being a chef, the homeowner was insistent on upgrading to double ovens and a gas cooktop. An additional feature added into space was the wine bar we created, which houses both a wine cooler and glasses for entertaining. The resilient flooring and granite countertops not only add to the beauty of the space, but also to the functionality and durability. Subtle details such as the seedy antiqued glass and coordinating cabinet hardware make this a space direct from the Italian countryside.
