This basement was for two very kind loving people who wanted to add additional living space in an already finished basement. Their home was custom built with all the bells and whistles. The decor was esquite due to the fact she was a interior decorator. I suggest they not finish the remaining 1500 sf but they felt it would help their resale value... they were right!
When the eventually sold to down-sized, they were pleased of their investment into the basement helped sell their already gorgeous home!
