For this project, our clients asked our architects and interior designers to create large, luxurious residential units filled with natural light. They also wanted to showcase a variation of exterior materials that integrated into the existing neighborhood. Each ground-floor, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath unit ranges from just over 2,000 to nearly 2,400 square feet, with two units offering a fourth bedroom or office.
