The 5,187 square feet home was built in 1935 with historic properties. The architect designed the home as a Spanish colonial revival with accents of Pueblo, Italian and Deco. This traditionalist and modernist house has 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

Mixing transitional and clean lined traditional furnishing and keeping the palette very neutral with small amount of color.
This careful use of color can first be seen in the homes cozy Arizona room, where comfortable furnishing provide relaxed seating in a ginger hue. Red shades continue in the dining room and custom accent pillows on the breakfast area banquette. The master bedroom remains a soothing neutral retreat.
