Having been uninhabited for 30 years, this building of (4) apartments was badly in need of improvement. The building was remodeled down to the studs. Clean lines of the original mid-century units were refreshed in a modern way. We opened up the living areas by removing walls and added sliding doors to decks with glass railings and sweeping views of San Francisco.
