These bathrooms needed some TLC to bring them into the 21st century. The grout in the shower had to go, in addition, a new layout was required in the already cramped master bath. by removing the wall that had the plumbing and rerouting to the adjacent wall, a fiberglass unit was installed complete with modern style Delta shower door. The small vanity was updated with a furniture style vanity and all the fixtures were replaced with Delta fixtures.

In the hall bath, the linoleum and tile counter tops dated the already bland look. What took its place was a custom hopscotch pattern tile floor with furniture style cabinet and quartz counter top. The modern look was completed with stainless fixtures.
