Facing a constrained budget, a young professional couple wanted a master suite oasis and place for overnight guests in their cramped 1947 Cape Cod. Ideally they would move the washer and dryer from the basement to the upstairs, have a tub in addition to a shower in the master bath, significantly expand their closet space, have his and her sinks, and install a new patio.
All client needs were met in a new 2-Story addition by adding a shower to an existing powder room, stacking the washer and dryer, and installing space –saving ductless HVAC.
