Lovely little project in St Albans,
Two story extrnsion and throughout decorating and landscaping.
On the first floor we have pushed one bedroom out about 1m and and family bathrom out also 1m, many of you would ask is it really worth it ? My answer to you alwasys going to be yes. Then you can maximise the space to its fullest. All of a sanden you gain a bed space or a wardrobe.. on the bathroom side perhaps a shower or a bath ?
On ground floor we have added this beautiful extensioin to the side, previously it was an l shape space with side passage.
Also now ground floor will benefit with wc behing newly build stud wall with secrete doorz entire ground floor wal dressed with designed to suit panels on the wall.
Myself and the client had numerous conversations regarding the design and its functions. We both spend some time talking about all the aspects of the build, i belive through meetings, sketchings, and conversations we have areived to incredible outcome !
On the ground floor we have also installed underfloor heating to existing and also new space. All controled via next smart thermostat.
We have installed this lovely hardwood parquet flooring to new and existibg space, also additionaly we have installed a new hardwood floor to hallway and front room.
