The owner wanted to sell this house but needed to upgrade it. We remodeled the entire home but the kitchen became the center of the home. As designers we were given free reign to bring the 30's cottage into the 21st century but to remain true to the style of the architecture. A first for us was the instruction to spend more than the original budget due to odd tax purposes. The new owners reaped the reward of a tax code.
