Ulrike's condo staging

Staging a beautiful waterfront condo involved using all of the clients furniture, adding all new accessories and artwork, moving every piece of furniture and buying key furniture pieces and lighting to enhance each space. We identified a coastal theme, color story and concept to create an elegant living space to appeal to the broadest customer base. This was a fun and rewarding project. We are so happy to help Ulrike!

Staging this open concept living room involved finding the perfect colorful rug and moving all of the furnishings to better define the area. Finishing touches were bringing side tables down from another room and adding new lamps and artwork to continue the colorful color story.

Styling a smaller part of a living room involved coordinating a few new pieces with a beautiful hand painted cupboard moved in from another area. All accessories, lamp , 2 chairs and rug were purchased to suggest a conversation area, while maintaining a consistent coastal color story.

Staging the master bedroom effectively involved accenting the existing bed spread with a grouping of new coordinating and colorful pillows, new nightstands and matching lamps and artwork. The pop of aqua in the tasseled pillows, new artwork and new turquoise ceramic lamps brought the look together.
