This is what we call the "Ultimate Man Cave". We worked with the homeowner, and designers to create this free-standing structure at the residence of our homeowner. We later connected the residence to the Man Cave with a conditioned bridge. We built the home in 2008 and have just finished adding the bowling ally, Feb 2015. There are plans for additional future phases to this ultimate property.
