Client wanted a 1st floor bathroom for their eldery parents. So orignally talked about an addtion off the back of the house but to keep a tight timeline we opted to move the shower into the garage. We had enough room to move the laundry up from the basement as well.

We turned unconditioned space into conditioned space and making it better use of space for these clients.
