These 11-foot tall antique gates were originally manufactured in Hungary in the 1930's, purchased from a collector in San Francisco and installed by ArcTyp at the corner of Union and Pierce Streets in San Francisco. Custom padlocks sourced from 1920's European design, significantly scaled up to size, then re-created in marine-grade materials with modern innards.
