Up Tight

This house was built on spec in the Old Wethersfield Historic District. Set on a very tight 55’ wide by 155’ deep lot, the only real solution for adding space and creating a wide open plan was to go up. This home has all of the amenities of a more sprawling home in a tight package on an in-town lot. Walkability is yet another wonderful feature of this home, with parks, schools, shops and the Wethersfield Cove all within walking distance.
