This full floor Condo is shared by a couple and their three daughters.
The living room also serves as the family room and the dining room serves as a study and homework area for the girls.
We started with 2 identical tables one for dining and one for schoolwork. When company comes the tables combine into a large square.
The large living area has two large seating pieces and small silver leafed tables that move where they are needed. The large mirror ( not shown) helps the kids practice their dance moves while reflecting the view.
The calm colors along with a low-Zen feel don't distract from the open sky view.
The long elevator foyer has double credenzas that act as storage for all of this active family's needs.
