Upper East Side Townhouse (design only)

A complete gut and remodel of a 5 story townhouse on the upper east side of Manhattan. The unit is only 18' wide, with a grand open stair in the center. Each floor consists of 1 space facing the street and 1 space facing the shared courtyard, with storage and other ancillary areas tucked to one side of the stair. This project was done in conjunction with Bond Street Architecture.
