The biggest transformation was hardwiring two globe style sconces to a single switch, which had been covered up in the past years.

The apartment had good layout with a rectangular living area. However it had limited natural light and had not been updated.

Updating just the flooring to a modern pop tile make the space cheery and drew attention to the window. The overhead light fixture was replaced to a modern globe fixture in a matte black finish to match the windows and echo the living area

The cracked wash basin was replaced with a more functional vanity with storage, and accessories like shower head and towel rods were replaced. The tile would eventually be reglazed.
