The renovation of a 2,000 s.f. duplex apartment on the parlor and garden levels of a circa 1899 brownstone townhouse located in the NYC Landmarks Preservation Upper West Side historic district. The living spaces are located on the parlor level with an open and inviting plan that runs from the elegant bow window facing onto W 71st Street, through to a full-width and full-height glass facade overlooking the garden below. The family areas and bedrooms are located on the garden level with direct access to the private 'outdoor living room'. Project completed SEP 2013.
