Featured as a Space of the Week in New York Magazine (link below). This triplex on Manhattan's Upper West Side is located in a four-family Landmarked townhouse. Walking through the home, you would notice each floor has a unique aesthetic, but there's distinct thread (a slight twist on traditional) that unites them all. The top floor (parlor level) is more traditional, middle (garden) is intersection between soft modern and traditional, and the basement is soft modern. Other notable facts about this project: The façade, roof and rear façade were restored as well. Also, there is a two-story rear addition to fill in the historic L in back. This also allowed us to install floor to ceiling steel frame rear doors and windows.
