This started out as a ran down bungalow that was suffering from over 20 years of deferred maintenance and needed updates and was a ripe canvas for a Houston Vintage Homes Makeover!

Our clients goal was to have the "Best Product, Best Priced" Affordable Rental in the area especially considering was it was a home that's never flooded (a big deal in Houston) was close to downtown Houston, the Medical Center and the Ship Channel which are key employment districts.

We not only created a cost effective design but we oversaw the design and exeuction of the entire project which resulted in an extremely profitable transaction for our client as they were able to rent then subsequently sell this property for a handsome profit within a very short period of time!
