One square block of townhomes over parking below, terraced gardens, varied paved walks and patios surrounded by wrought iron and stately brick archways. This project also involved the design of a public Gateway plaza, linear park, interior openspace gathering areas paired seamlessly with private entry courts, and gardens screened from public view.
