On this very small lot we have managed to add a, to City code, off-street parking space and a low maintenance garden with a small spot for vegies. All of the rainwater remains on-site through the use of permeable paving on the driveway, drywells and bio-swales. The backyard has multiple entertaining and relaxation areas.
