This 1978 home in the Mission District of San Francisco was completely gutted and remodeled. The owners chose Bay Metro Corp.( http://www.baymetrocorp.com/) as General Contractor, and I worked with them to bring this 1350 square foot flat into the 21st century. We removed two walls to create one large, bright kitchen/living space and added a laundry closet; a must for 3rd floor residents. What was once peeling wallpaper and old fixtures is now edgy design in an open layout.
