Demo existing utility room walls and plumbing. Raise floor on 2/3 of room to accomodate toilet plumbing. Demo 100 ft of 2" drain and replace with 3" drain to accomodate toilet. Insulate and finish walls. Install pedestal sink, corner shower, toilet and all in one washer/dryer. Install tile floors to bath and mudroom area.
