If you are not happy with your builder grade cabinets, a few changes can make them more appealing. We changed some of the upper doors to glass panes, replaced the Formica counters with Black Galaxy Granite, added a dramatic backsplash and new lighting. The chocolate paint color is dark enough to make the cabinets pop as well.
